Dear Parent(s),
In our society today, one of the greatest concerns of all parents is how to raise their children so that they will demonstrate a respect for human dignity and family values in life. It is therefore necessary that both parents and educator work together to establish discipline in our children even from a tender age.
To share with you these concerns and responsibilities, we, the Vietnamese Dominican Sisters, have opened a Child Development program, including a Pre-School and Day Care Center for children from infant (from 12 months) to five years old.
Our program is in accordance with the requirements of the State of Texas concerning such programs. We will concentrate on the following:
- Cultivating a spirit of self-discipline
- Good manners,
- Discovering and strengthening of God-given talents,
- Emphasizing mutual respect and cooperation.
Given the problems presented, we therefore earnestly ask that you pray and ask for God's guidance in this challenging task. At the same time, we ask you to cooperate with us in whatever way you can to help our children see a brighter and hopeful future because they are the future of our family and our society.
